Mad Decent Sound System was easily the biggest party of the year. Not only was it Diplo’s Birmingham debut, Fake Blood drenched the dance floor with 18 to 25 year gee producing wobblers, Boy 8 Bit had a wiggle, Belinda got low – real low, Scarlet Harlots and Tantrums caused a ruckus in the Med Bar, Mumdance went stage diving and Rusko my gosh Rusko smacked it until the sun came up.
